A Message from CloudCfo Founder and CEO, Mickael Cardoso
To our CloudCfo Community,
I wanted to provide an update on the proactive measures that CloudCfo is taking to adapt to the very serious and evolving situation regarding COVID-19. We’ve been preparing for this scenario. The processes and controls that we have developed are now being implemented.
In short, please expect the usual levels of quality, service and support from CloudCfo.
For our employees, a key concern is the health, safety and well-being of the CloudCfo team and their families. We are also conscious that we, as a company, have a key role in fighting the spread of COVID-19. So we have adopted a “work from home” arrangement for our team. This is an initial measure that we will monitor as the situation evolves. This is not a “skeletal workforce”. All of our employees will be working as normal. If you need to communicate with your usual CloudCfo team contact, please email them in the first instance as our office phone will be unmanned this week.
For our clients, our objective is to avoid any interruption to regular service. Fortunately, the CloudCfo business model, focused on innovation and technology, enables us to ensure continuity and quality of service during this period. As we use cloud accounting software and tech solutions across all of our service offerings, we are uniquely-positioned to adapt and ensure that the usual levels of professionalism, dedication and responsiveness are maintained. While external issues may arise that are beyond our control (e.g. banks, government agencies, etc), please be assured that the CloudCfo team will be on hand to provide proactive and innovative solutions as necessary.
To the rest of our CloudCfo Community, there will be no interruption to our regular updates, business know-how and insights into the world of accounting, bookkeeping, compliance and finance in the Philippines.
This is undoubtedly a time of economic uncertainty for many businesses across the world. Our primary objective is to support our Community through this period until we come out the other end together. Which we will!
The very best to you, your colleagues and your families,
Mickael Cardoso Das Neves
