Meet the CloudCfo WebApp Inbox

At CloudCfo, we’re big on helping our customers cut back on tasky documents uploading and increase efficiency by providing full transparency on workflows. 

In this update, we’re proud to introduce the Inbox, a new way for our customers to share documents and manage all incoming files and emails in the CloudCfo WebApp.

Send all your documents to one Inbox

To provide the best customer experience, our team ensured a frictionless document uploading by coming up with a new way of sending all your files and documents.

With the Inbox, in just a click, you can send or forward files, documents and emails to your dedicated Inbox email address.

The Inbox will automatically capture all emails and attachments you send and notify your dedicated accounting team.

Currently, the supported file formats of our WebApp are: JPG, JPEG, PNG, PDF, DOC, DOCX, XLSX, PPTX, PPT, XLS, CSV, ZIP, RAR, DAT. You can send up to 25MB in attachments in one email.

You can still upload files directly through the WebApp via the new Inbox tab or through Tasks and Conversations. Your uploaded files will automatically appear in the Inbox together with the documents sent by email so our team won’t miss anything.

Transparency to a new level

With transparency being one of our top priorities in service delivery, the Inbox feature brings transparency to a whole new level.

Be in the loop and know when we take action on every financial document you send to our team. Via direct access to the Inbox, each entry we receive has a status and full visibility is provided of what and when it’s being worked on.

By streamlining the way we receive documents via the Inbox and disclosing full transparency on all activities, it allows us to identify potential bottlenecks in the financial closing processes, improve timelines, and more importantly,  accurate delivery of your financial reports.

1. What changed?

To maintain familiarity with our WebApp design, you can locate the Inbox in your Company Page. Also, you will see Inbox counters on your Dashboards for a quick overview.

2. What’s in the Inbox?

As we add new and improved features, you’ll be hearing new terms as well. Items in the Inbox are called Entries. These can include the accounting documents you upload in the WebApp or the emails you send to the dedicated Inbox email address.

To easily track progress, each entry will have a status. Check whether there are newly received entries, have been opened and are in progress, or completed and closed.

You can even see a log of activities, who made what and when, when you click on an entry.

3. Access levels

To manage file and information confidentiality, the Inbox has different access levels that can be granted to you and your team.

As default you and your team can view the files you sent or uploaded. If you request for full access to our account manager, you would be able to see all the files received through your Inbox and have visibility on their status.

  • Conversations: chat, engage and exchange documents with your CloudCfo Team via one centralized platform.
  • Reply to Email Notifications: receive a notification from our Web App and respond directly via email. No need to log in every time.
