We are a growing and dynamic team aiming to make accounting and finance efficient, hassle free and to provide value added financial information to start-ups and small and medium-size businesses in the Philippines and in the region.

The Customer Experience Onboarding Specialist will act as an onboarding lead and ensure success on all customer onboarding journeys in coordination with both the Business Development Team and Accounting and Process teams in charge of service delivery while reporting directly to the Head of Accounting Operations. The job will evolve quickly and will require dynamism, flexibility, team collaboration mixed with autonomous working and adaptability.

Duties and Responsibilities

The job will evolve quickly and will require dynamism, flexibility, team collaboration and adaptability.

Specific responsibilities will include:

  • Attend customer acquisition and sales meetings to hold product demonstrations and  address queries on technical processes related to our services.
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of our products and services and be able to assist prospective and new customers with questions.
  • Lead the onboarding process end-to-end from contract signing to completion of the first month of service  and successful completion of the on-boarding.
  • Lead and conduct process interviews to better understand client’s business needs and provide support to clients during the course of onboarding. 
  • Define processes in line with our scope of service and customer objectives and implement agreed processes in our customer management web application.
  • Liaise with internal managers regarding the status of the customer on-boarding process to ensure an outstanding customer experience. 
  • Define processes or activities that will set operationalization of the new service.
  • Gather and analyze customer data to improve customer experience and service delivery
  • Optimize existing processes within the company and actively enhance all customer success initiatives.


  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in customer service or customer success position in a B2B environment is strongly preferred
  • Previously acted as customer service team lead.
  • Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
  • Accounting industry knowledge is preferred but not required.
  • A propensity for relationship building.
  • Knowledge and experience analyzing and optimizing processes
  • Ability to present to high-level client contacts.
  • Can work with minimal supervision in an entrepreneurial environment
