To process payroll we will need to receive all changes to your employee master list (employee 201), new loans or adjustments and timekeeping summaries for all employees. We can review the format of your information or share our templates during the on-boarding process. If you are already using a HRIS system we will review all updates made by your team in the HRIS system and validate those against the documents we receive to confirm that everything is correct before processing payroll.
Yes, we can process payroll from your HRIS system if it has a payroll processing feature adapted to the Philippines regulations and statutory obligations. Your team would complete the HR updates and timekeeping information for our review before payroll processing. Our team would ensure the accuracy of the final output before sending the payroll computation for your approval.
Yes, if these services are listed in our scope of service in this proposal our team will handle the filing of statutory obligations (SSS, Pag-Ibig, HDMF) and compensation taxes.
Depending on your preference, your employees can receive their payslips by email or by accessing their employee portal on the CloudCfo Payroll app. If you choose to use the CloudCfo Payroll employee portal, your employees will receive their user access and will be able to set-up their secured password during their onboarding or during their first payroll.
